We do not accept returns or refunds for digital products. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not allow refunds after the template has been downloaded or accessed.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7days of receiving your order, so that we can find the best solution for you. Make sure to include the following: 

​- an image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging.

Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on prints or frames, due to their custom nature.

In the case of defective or missing items<br>If the product is defective, such as damaged, or missing, please contact us by email within 7 days of arrival. After confirming the product, please send it back to us. After confirming the damaged item, we will replace it.
