How can I get a digital art print?

Once your art work is approved, we will send digital download link to your email. You will simply download the file and save it to your own device. You can enjoy printing at home.

What is the processing time?

It varies from the product. Due to hand drawing individually, portrait illustration will take 7-14 days. Please check each item page to see the processing time. Shipping will takes an average of 3-10 business days to  your destinations.

What if I change my mind?

I don't accept returns but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


The following items can not be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

What is the return and exchange details?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not allow refunds after the template has been downloaded or accessed. If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us.

My framed print arrived damaged. What happens now?

This is not the usual our experience, but accidents can sometimes happen during shipping too. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, so that we can find the best solution for you. Make sure to include the following: 

  • an image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging

  • order ID number 


Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on prints or frames, due to their custom nature.

Do you Ship internationally?

Yes we do! If you don't see your country listed in the dropdown at the checkout, please contact us  for a quote.

What is the shipping cost?

It's free! Enjoy fast and free shipping world wide.

What is the delivery time?

It takes an average of 3-10 business days to ship your order for most products destinations based on shipping carrier estimates. 


However we can not guarantee that your order will be delivered on time due to massive increase in e-commerce volume there is a very high likelihood of delays in delivery.

Can you deliver an order to two separate addresses?

We cannot split an order between two addresses. If you like to send an order to two or more addresses, a separate order has to be placed for each.


Any purchased designs are saved in Your Orders section. Click on Add to Basket and the order will be re-added to your basket. You'll be able to select a new address at check out.

I want to pay in a currency other than Japanese Yen. Is that possible?

We accept multiple currency. While shopping, you can view the item prices in different currencies by clicking on the drop-down list at the bottom of each page.
